The program known today as the Costco Auto Program was launched in 1989. Today it is recognized as the leading member auto buying program in the industry, offering more than 40 million U.S. Costco members prearranged pricing on new and select pre-owned vehicles, motorcycles and powersports, as well as parts, services and accessories at a discounted price. The program boasts the highest closing ratios in the industry, and sells an estimated average of 350,000 vehicles a year.* Several industry surveys have repeatedly shown that the Costco Auto Program is one of the highest producing auto buying referral programs with respect to closing ratio, business generation and long-term dealer retention and participation.
* Estimated average vehicles sold is based on members who, in responding to a Costco Auto Program survey, stated they purchased a vehicle from a participating dealership. Historical averages of new and factory-certified pre-owned vehicles are derived from survey respondents and extrapolated across all vehicle requests for the same time periods.

Desert Schools Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union in Arizona and the 11th largest credit union in the U.S. Since their beginning in 1939, they've grown to more than 380,000 members with 64 branches in the greater Phoenix market. Desert Schools contracted with AAG in early 2011, and by March 2011, AAG launched Desert Schools Auto Buying Program, known to members as the ‘Click Buy & Drive.’
Based in San Diego County, USE Credit Union is the fifth largest credit union in the county. It is among the top 50 in total asset size of the more than 700 credit unions in Calif. Originally founded in 1936 as California State Credit Union #17, the credit union was first available to San Diego-based employees of Division of Highways (predecessor to Caltrans). This changed in the ’70s when the charter was amended to include all state and university employees. In 1999, this charter was expanded again, to include individuals who live or work in Alameda, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Clara and Yolo counties. Under a special arrangement with the Affinity Development Group and Costco Wholesale, the Costco Auto Program has been available to USE members since 2007.
Credit Union West is an award-winning financial cooperative that has earned an ‘excellent’ ranking from the independent rating agency Bauer Financial Reports for the last 14 years. Based in Arizona, CU West has 11 branch locations, 50,000 members and more than $450 million in assets. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Arizona’s Maricopa and Yavapai counties. Under a special arrangement with the Affinity Development Group and Costco Wholesale, the Costco Auto Program has been available to CU West members since 2009.
Founded in 1966, Good Sam RV Club is the world’s largest organization of recreational vehicle owners. Representing more than 1,500 local RV chapters, Good Sam RV Club provides its 1.3 million members with helpful technical tips, vacation planning, extended warranty, magazine subscriptions, roadside assistance and more to serve the outdoor enthusiast. Built on the foundation of helping its members with various aspects of their recreational needs, including saving money, partnering with AAG to launch the Good Sam Club Auto Buying Service was a natural fit for their membership.
FleetBuy Auto Buying Service is an offering of FleetCor – a leading global provider of fleet gas cards and other specialty payment products to commercial clients. Worldwide they have more than 500,000 commercial accounts. In the U.S., FleetCor has more than 1.2 million fleet gas card holders and markets its programs to potential clients through several channels including: field sales, telesales, direct marketing and websites like fleetcardsusa.com. In 2014, FleetCor contracted with AAG to create the FleetBuy Auto Buying Service, providing their U.S. customers a way to purchase fleet, commercial and personal vehicles for less.
Founded in 1965, Park Side Credit Union is a not-for-profit cooperative that focuses on people and community. With a charter that covers 11 Montana counties, Park Side is available to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in one of these areas. Under a special arrangement with the Affinity Development Group and Costco Wholesale, the Costco Auto Program has been available to Park Side Credit Union members since 2014.
Founded in 2014, PowersportsBuying.com is the first buying program of its kind dedicated to providing insight and information to help consumers purchase powersport products from certified PowersportsBuying.com dealers.
